My artwork at the RSA House in London!

I am delighted that The RSA (The royal society for arts, manufactures and commerce) exhibited a reproduction of my work Yellow Bubble at RSA House in the Strand in Central London. The work is located in The Steps room, where lectures and screenings take place, right next to the library and cafe, which is frequented by a large number of people. The work will be exhibited here until January 2024.
I quote from Wikipedia: RSA Fellows must demonstrate excellence in their area of practice and be recognized for their contribution. RSA members organized the Great Exhibition in London in 1851, and founded the Royal College of Music, and the Royal Academy of Art, to this day they award important awards, such as the title of RDI – Royal Designer for Industry, whose holders were e.g. Vivienne Westwood, Saul Bass, or Walter Gropius.

Dielo tu bude vystavené až do januára 2024.
Z Wikipedie citujem: Členovia RSA musia preukázať excelentnosť vo svojej oblasti praxe a byť uznaní za svoj prínos. RSA členovia zorganizovali v roku 1851 Svetovú výstavu v Londýne, zakladali Royal College of Music a Royal Academy of Art, do dnes tu udeľujú významné ocenenia napríklad titul RDI – Kráľovský dizajnér, ktorého držiteľmi boli napr. Vivienne Westwood, Saul Bass, či Walter Gropius.

Visit to the Royal Society of Arts in London

In April 2022 I visited the Royal Society of Arts in London, where I am a Life Fellow. My book ‘Don’t take my dreams from me’ is part of the Fellow’s library and I found it on display prominently by the librarian desk! I am so grateful and happy. I also had a couple of meetings with an artist, a gallerist and a film industry professional and I attended the President’s lecture that HRH Princess Royal introduced.

I have had my work published in the famous Vanity Fair magazine, which has been displayed and on sale in every magazine store (not only) in London! Andy Warhol’s iconic portrait of Queen Elizabeth II is on the cover of this issue of Vanity Fair magazine.

Som vďačná a šťastná. Tiež som tu mala niekoľko stretnutí s umelcom, galeristkou a filmovou profesionálkou a zúčastnila som sa Prezidentskej prednášky, ktorú otvorila Princezná Anna.

New article for the Royal Society of Arts in London

I have written a new article for the Royal Society of Arts in London about my exhibition at St Elizabeth Oncology Institute in Bratislava. The theme is visual art in public space. I was thinking about the impact of the visual arts on the psychic of patients in hospitals, where I exhibited my art twice. In this context, it is interesting as well, that there is a lot of information about the health influence of the public art galleries and museums in the USA. You can read the full article here. Here are also two older articles I wrote for the RSA in London:

Visual Communications and Global Issues, February 2019

Collaborative drawing in Slovakia, March 2018
